Carel (French: Le Journal de Carel) is a weekly French-Belgian comic magazine created and (formerly) edited by Roger Carel (it is currently edited by Jean-Claude Donda following Carel's retirement). It has been known for featuring comics created by Roger Carel as well as reprinting all of his older works that he took with him when he founded Carel's publisher Éditions Roger Carel. Oswald Ogre, a character created by Roger Carel, serves as the mascot.
