Cards of Destiny (運命カード in JPN release) is a RPG video game created by Atlus in Spring 2020 for the Xbox 360.
Gameplay[]
Cards of Destiny plays as a RPG with a party system as instead of regular combat, you can draw two cards per party member per turn. When you level up, you can upgrade a card and can collect more by beating enemies.

Even when Jack Toby accidentally ends up messing up. He loves his friends dearly, especially to the extent that he will sacrifice himself over them to protect them from harm.
- Miguel Waves (voiced by Liam O’Brien in Western Releases and Atsushi Abe in Japan) - a 15-year-old kind, caring, and cheerful young man who’s extremely clumsy as he would fall down while simply walking down a sidewalk; even athletics were impossible for him. However, he slowly starts to get better at them thanks to the help of his friends.
Supporting Characters[]

As the game progresses, she is revealed to be the humanoid alter-ego of The Card Goddess, the latest Guardian of the many Cards and gives Jack and his friends various tips throughout their journey.
- Fukase Hanasaki/The Card God (voiced by Jerry Jewell in Western Releases and Hiroshi Kamiya in Japan) - By nature, Fukase is bossy, demanding, and gluttonous, but he also genuinely cares about Jack and his friends and believes that they will become the next Master of the Cards as he acts as their guide to gather the Cards. As the game progresses, he reveals himself to be the humanoid alter-ego of The Card God.

- Shana Kageyama (voiced by Ashley Eckstein in Western Releases and Satomi Sato in Japan) - A 15-year-old girl who’s a very elegant and mature girl for her age, although she can be very shy, especially when it comes to speaking to her love interest Kwane. - Shizuka Tategami (voiced by Tania Gunadi in Western Releases and Junko Iwao in Japan) - A woman of who’s filled with contrasts—intensely driven yet emotionally complex, powerful yet deeply sentimental. At the core of her character lies her profound, unwavering love for Miguel Waves, a love that defines much of her emotional world. This attachment is not only affectionate but fiercely protective, bordering at times on possessive.
Bosses[]
- The Chambermaid (voiced by Shelby Rabara in Western Releases and Chika Anzai in Japan) - The first boss who’s a strange and spectral chambermaid who is a terrifying card fighter and haunts people while intending to become a powerful card user.
- Mei Rin (voiced by Cassandra Lee Morris in Western Releases and Aki Toyosaki in Japan) - The 2nd boss who’s a cold and cynical 15-year-old girl. As the heir of the famous Rin clan of sorcerers from China, of which Iona herself was also a member, Mei had firmly believed that she should be the one to capture and inherit the Destiny Cards, not Jack Toby and his friends. She’s a strong card fighter and has an antagonistic role.
- Akira Yamada (voiced by Dave Wittenberg in Western Releases and Noriaki Sugiyama in Japan) - Mei’s 15-year-old right-hand man from Japan whose defining trait in the game is his ability to fabricate highly detailed stories and histories about practically any subject. His inspiration is usually what he sees in front of him or the topic of the current conversation. Mei seems to be annoyed of his stories just about every time. He also serves as the 3rd boss of the game.
- Hikari Kawasaki (voiced by Kate Higgins in Western Releases and Yūko Sanpei in Japan) - A kind, warm, serene and mature shrine maiden who is also patient, polite, calm, levelheaded, and effortlessly elegant. In her earlier appearances in chapters, she came across as mysterious and enigmatic – although genuinely cheerful and kind, and seemingly harboring some unknown motivation – fueling Mei Rin’s initial skepticism and mistrust of her. She serves as the tutorial and 4th boss of the game.
- Kage Maboroshi (voiced by Benjamin Diskin in Western Releases and Satoshi Hino in Japan) - Iona’s older brother who’s shown to be very rich, owning a Western-styled house in the countryside which has swimming pools and a large tennis court. He is shown to be a reserved but kindly man, although out of loneliness and stubbornness, he refused to let Iona go and eventually started to understand her after meeting Jack and his friends, who it is revealed that she’s a goddess and has been helping the heroes, much to his surprise. He serves as the 5th boss of the game.
- Shouko Harajuku/The Card Judge (voiced by Stephanie Sheh in Western Releases and Yoko Hikasa in Japan) - The final boss as well as the mentor of Iona and Fukase. On the outside, she acts cold, aloof, and is much more serious and intimidating than her familiars. However, she was revealed to still have a kind heart. She shared a special bond with Iona and Fukase that made it hard for them to accept Jack as a "replacement" for their creators during the Final Cutscene. However, Jack manages to work his way into her heart as a dear friend.
