Synopsis[]

A shy teenager learns she has a more villainous siren side as she tries her best to keep the chaotic siren under control while getting into various shenanigans.

Characters[]

Main[]

  • Maya Thompson (voiced by Jodi Benson) - a nice, sweet and caring teenage girl who is part-siren who tends to seem malevolent at first, but is the completely opposite, although she does reveal a more malicious side if provoked. She is also revealed to have a beautiful singing voice and is an aspiring baker, even helping her mother out sometimes during her free time.

Supporting[]

  • Penelope Thompson (voiced by Jill Talley) - a seemingly scary and intimidating siren who is Maya’s mother as she is actually sweet and loves company, and usually likes to bake cookies for anyone who visits her domain.
  • Jessie Redhorn (voiced by Sierra Boggess) - a goofy teenager who is Maya's best friend as she soon learns of her siren personality, finding it to be cool.
  • Iosef (voiced by Christopher Daniel Barnes) - a grouchy Russian janitor who absolutely hates his job but finds Maya to be somewhat fun to talk to.

Antagonists[]

  • Captain Moseby Beck (voiced by Max Casella) - a crazy sea restaurant chef who learns of Maya and wants to hunt her down, calling her his "white whale."
  • Deborah Von Snout (voiced by Rachelle Ann Go) - a snotty teenager who has access to riches beyond her wildest dreams as she wants to make Maya's life miserable.
