Butch hartman's Justice League is an American animated television series based on the DC Comics superhero team of the same name. The series was created by Butch Hartman for Cartoon Network. The series is produced by Jim Krieg, Butch Lukic, and Alan Burnett. the show is set in an alternate version of the Danny Phantom Universe.
Plot[]
Danny Phantom is the newest member of the Justice League. Danny Phantom is the main eyes and ears of the viewer as he fights evil and saves the world with his teammates. The Justice League team consist of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Hawkman, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), Flash, Cyborg, Martian Manhunter, Zatanna, Shazam, and Aquaman. The Justice League must work together as they fight various supervillains and other threats to Earth.

The Justice League is the world's largest superhero team, a collection of Earth's greatest champions. Together, they protect the planet from supervillains, monsters, mutants, alien invaders, mystical evils, and the New Gods of Apokolips.

Batman: the sole protector of Gotham City. Leader and Founding Member of the Justice League. As a child, Bruce Wayne watched as his parents were killed in Gotham City's Crime Alley. Traumatized by their deaths, he devoted his life to becoming the world's greatest weapon against crime-the Batman. Voiced by Kevin Conroy
Aquaman: the King of Atlantis, and the Member of the Justice League. As the king of Atlantis and other undersea territories, he technically controls most of the planet. His abilities include super-strength, durability, super-speed, staying underwater indefinitely, and telepathy, which he uses to communicate with sea-life. His aquatic nature means he requires water regularly at the risk of dehydration, although he is perfectly capable of staying on land for extended periods. voiced by Liam O'Brien.
Cyborg: a cyborg human superhero and a member of the Justice League. Injured during a freak accident, high school athlete Victor Stone was saved using highly advanced cybernetic technology. Now, he's known as Cyborg, a technological titan and a true hero for the digital age! voiced by Khary Payton.
The Flash: the fastest man alive and a member of the Justice League. Barry Allen is a police scientist who works on cases that involve murders around Central City. One night, Barry was struck by lighting and bathed in chemicals that gave him superhuman speed and connection to the speed force. With these new powers Barry Allen became the fastest man alive and uses his abilities to fight crime as The Flash. He is currently a member of the Justice League. Hal Jordan: a member of the Green Lantern Corps and the Justice League. Hal Jordan was born in Coast City to Martin Jordan and Jessica Jordan, the middle child of three children. He lived with his older brother Jack and a younger brother Jim. As a young child, he idolized his father, a test pilot who worked for Ferris Aircraft. At a very young age, he had to face his greatest fears when his father died in a plane crash right before his eyes. Despite his family's wishes, he followed in his father's footsteps and eventually joined the United States Air Force on his 18th birthday, turning up that very morning outside the Armed Forces Career Center, before it had even opened. Many years later, a dying alien named Abin Sur, member of the Green Lantern Corps, crash-landed his starship in the Californian desert. Having selected a replacement officer for his position, the power ring chose Hal Jordan for his ability to overcome great fear. The ring and its abilities were explained to him, and he inherited the mantle of Green Lantern. Acting as a galactic police officer, it was his job to serve and protect all life in Sector 2814. He would soon learn that there were another 3599 Green Lanterns across the universe, all monitored and empowered by mystical creatures called the Guardians. Hal received training from some of the best the Corps had to offer, including drill sergeant Kilowog, and his mentor Sinestro. During his training, Hal learned that Sinestro has been subjugating his home planet, Korugar, through fear, using his ring. After Hal reported these acts to the Guardians and fellow Corps members, he battled Sinestro, and emerged victorious. Along with the rest of the Corps, he then testified against Sinestro at his trial. Expelled from the Corps and banished by the Guardians to the Antimatter Universe as punishment, Sinestro became a sworn enemy to the Corps and gained a new Qward power ring, exacting the start of his revenge. As Green Lantern, Hal Jordan patrolled the galaxy and took on many missions in space. He continued to spend his time at home working at Ferris Aircraft, where he romantically pursued his boss, the lovely Carol Ferris. He would entrust his secrets to a young Eskimo lad who worked as his mechanic, Tom Kalmaku. voiced by Josh Keaton.
Hawkman: a member of the Justice League. Hailing from the brutal planet Thanagar, Hawkman is an intergalactic warrior that uses the powers of his Nth metal armor to battle evil in all forms. an alien policeman from the planet Thanagar with access to advanced technology, was the adopted son of the King of Thanagar. After accidentally killing his adopted brother Corsar, he fled Thanagar and crash landed on Earth. His secret identity is Katar Hol, an archaeologist and museum curator who lives out his destiny as a reincarnation of the ancient Egyptian prince Khufu using magic weaponry. Voiced by Troy Baker.
Martian Manhunter: the last Martian and a member of the Justice League. J'onn was once a citizen of Mars until a war with the White Martians wiped out the Green Martians, rendering him the last of his kind. Brought to earth by an experiment gone horribly wrong, J'onn learned to adapt to his new home and using his Martian abilities for good by protecting people. Voiced by Crispin Freeman
Shazam: the superhero alter ego of a young boy named Billy Batson. Billy Batson is an orphan boy who is given the powers of the wizard Shazam to be the protector of earth. When he says the magic name of the wizard Billy is transformed by mystic lighting that transforms him into the earths mightiest mortal, Shazam. voiced by Sean Astin.
Superman: one of the founding members of the Justice League. Kal-El was an infant sent to Earth by his parents, Jor-El and Lara-El, prior to the destruction of their home planet Krypton. Kal-El's capsule landed near Smallville, Kansas where he was found by Jonathan Kent and Martha Kent and subsequently took a liking to both of them. The Kents adopted the young Kryptonian, naming him "Clark" after Martha's maiden name. As a youth growing up in Smallville, Clark encountered Cosmic Boy, Saturn Girl and Chameleon Boy prior to discovering the full extent of his powers. During this incident, he aided the trio in stopping Brainiac who had travelled back in time from the 30th century to kill Clark before he could become Superman. To keep his identity sealed, he moved to Metropolis and took the alias of Clark Kent, where he works under the alias of Clark Kent in the Daily Planet. Wonder Woman: one of the founding members of the Justice League. Born on Paradise Island of Themyscira to Queen Hippolyta of the immortal Amazons, she is known to her Amazonian sisters as Princess Diana. But to the rest of the world, she is Wonder Woman. Wearing bullet-deflecting bracelets and wielding the Lasso of Truth, she stops criminals in their tracks and compells them to tell the truth about their crimes. Voiced by Rachel Kimsey.
Zatanna: a magician and childhood friend of Batman. Zatanna Zatara is the daughter of magician Giovanni “John” Zatara and Sindella, a member of the mystical Homo Magi race. Zatanna is a direct descendant of the artist and magician Leonardo da Vinci, and is related to Nostradamus; Alessandro Cagliostro; the noted alchemists Nicholas Flamel and Evan Fulcanelli; and Lord Arion of Atlantis. Danny Phantom: a 14(later 15)-year-old boy who gains ghost powers in a lab accident when he steps into and activates his parents' Ghost Portal. Black Canary: a martial arts fighter and a member of the Justice League. Black Canary was raised and trained by Wildcat. In addition to her martial arts skills, She has also been depicted as an expert motorcyclist and gymnast. Her super power, the Canary Cry, allows her to create ultrasonic vibrations from her mouth whenever she screams. voiced by Kari Wahlgren.
Blue Beetle: a superhero and member of the Justice League. Once a normal High school student Jaime Reyes finds alien tech that resembles a scarab which fuses itself to his spine. This Scarab, called Khaji Dah, can be used to give Jaime armor that grants him several abilities. The Scarab armor gives Jaime an advance alien exoskeleton with advanced features such as wings, thrusters, and weapons should he need them. Now Jaime uses the Scarab to fight crime as Blue Beetle. After impressing Batman by defeating Chronos and saving Batman's past self, Jaime officially became a member of the Justice League. voiced by Jake T. Austin
Booster Gold: a superhero from the future. He is initially depicted as a glory-seeking showboat from the future, using knowledge of historical events and futuristic technology to stage high-publicity heroics. Booster develops over the course of his publication history and through personal tragedies to become a true hero weighed down by the reputation he created for himself. voiced by Diedrich Bader.
Doctor Fate: a powerful sorcerer and superhero. Kent Nelson was the son of archaeologist Sven Nelson and, around the year 1920, the two of them were exploring the Valley of Ur in Mesopotamia when they discovered an underground pyramid. It contained Nabu, an ancient immortal from the planet Cilia who had been held in suspended animation for thousands of years. Kent released him, but the lever accidentally unleashed a poisonous gas that killed his father. It would later be revealed that Nabu engineered this situation to gain a new host. Nabu decided to mentor the young boy in the secrets of the universe, giving him incredible powers through total molecular control and taking his grief away from him. He would serve as an agent of the Lords of Order in their never-ending battle against the Lords of Chaos. Having finished his training, Nabu gave him an amulet, cloak and helmet to become a champion of good as Doctor Fate. Kent would go on adventures as Fate, although Nabu's spirit would always guide him through the helmet and he would awaken with little memory of his own exploits. He would go on to meet a beautiful college student named Inza Cramer while traveling through Alexandria, and she would become his long-time romantic partner and confidante. His first battle was against the evil sorcerer Wotan, who struck at him through Inza using an agent named Thomas Frawley. Later on, he was approached by Batman to ask if Doctor Fate would join the Justice League, to which he accepted the offer and is a member of the Justice League. voiced by Greg Ellis.
Doctor Light: a superhero with the power of light manipulation. Once an arrogant astronomer Kimiyo was struck by an unknown cosmic radiation that bestowed upon her metahuman powers to manipulate light and flight. Now Kimiyo uses her new powers to help the world and joined the Justice League as Doctor Light. voiced by Lauren Tom.
Firestorm: a superhero with nuclear abilities. Once two ordinary individuals Professor Martin Stein and high school student Ronnie Raymond were brought together by the twisted hands of fate. A terrorist group attack a nuclear power plant and held Professor Martin Stein as a prisoner, demanding to build them a weapon. Ronnie (who was on a field trip) was taken as a hostage. The terrorists then threw a grenade at the nuclear engine that Stein was working on, causing a strange phenomenon. Both Ronnie and Martin merged together to create a being of nuclear energy. Together they could manipulate matter at an atomic scale and radiation, become the nuclear man, Firestorm. After saving the state from the runaway Nuclear Family, Firestorm was met by Superman, Wonder Woman, and Batman with the offer of joining the Justice League, which he accepted. Firestorm has a crush on Killer Frost, and later, Stargirl. voiced by P. J. Byrne and Stephen Tobolowsky.
Green Arrow: an archer and a member of the Justice League. he deploys a range of trick arrows with various special functions, such as glue, explosive-tipped, grappling hook, flash grenade, tear gas and even kryptonite arrows for use in a range of special situations. Voiced by Chris Diamantopoulos.
John Constantine: an English occult detective, exorcist and con man with magic abilities, also known as the Hellblazer. John Constantine was born in Liverpool, England. His identical twin died in the womb and his mother died giving birth to John, who then grew up with a neglectful and abusive father. Constantine began practicing magic and performed his first spell as a child, which was to dispel himself of his childhood innocence. When he became an adult, Constantine moved to London where he spent time as the lead singer of his punk rock band, "Mucous Membrane", before a failed exorcism forced him to become a private investigator specializing in magic and the occult. He was once romantically involved with fellow magician Zatanna, was an infrequent ally of Swamp Thing and was a founding member of the Justice League Dark. Mister Terrific: a superhero with genius level intelligence. voiced by Hannibal Buress.
Plastic Man: a superhero who can stretch his body into any form. In the 1940s a crook named Patrick "Eel" O'Brian was shot by a security guard at the Crawford Chemical Works[1] and struck by a falling drum full of an unidentified acid, some of which entered Eel's wound. He was saved in Rest Haven by a mysterious order of monks whose example cured his penchant for crime. The acid bath gave him the ability to change his shape. He wore dark glasses and a red and yellow costume as flexible as his body. Whatever shape he took, the colors remained the same, so there would be a red-and-yellow chandelier over a table full of plotting gangsters, or a red-and-yellow abstract painting hanging on the wall but the villains never caught on until it was too late. voiced by Dana Snyder.
Red Tornado: a member of the Justice League and a superhero with wind manipulation. voiced by Jason J. Lewis.
Stargirl: a superheroine with a powerful staff. After discovery of her stepfather's old superhero gear from his days as the sidekick, Courney Whitmore decided to use the powers of his Cosmic Converter Belt and fashion a costume of her own to become the teen crimefighter known as Stargirl. voiced by Natalie Lander.
Supergirl: the cousin of Superman. voiced by Joanne Spracklen.
Batgirl: the daughter of James Gordon, and Batman's sidekick. voiced by Tara Strong.
Robin: a sidekick of Batman. Robin has proficient martial arts skills, super agility, and uses a bō staff as his main weapon. voiced by Jack DeSena
The Swamp Thing: a scientist who was mutated into a swamp-like creature. Once a scientist living in a swamp Alec Holland was attacked by criminals who used explosives to kill him, instead his body fell into the swamp where he was reborn as a creature of living vines, grass and moss. A new champion for the Green Alec Holland became Swamp Thing, a protector of the natural world but and outcast to humanity due to his freakish form. He joined the Justice League during the crisis with the Brothers Djinn and became a member,fighting to protect the world. voiced by Mark Hamill.
Vixen: a superheroine with the power of animals and a member of the Justice League. Mari has the power to mimic the abilities of any animal she knows of. voiced by Jasika Nicole.
Hawkwoman: a Thanagarian superhero and the modern reincarnated version of Chay-Ara, who had been killed by an Nth Metal knife and cursed to constantly be reborn. voiced by María Canals.
Captain Atom: a nuclear-powered super-hero. Beginning his career in the military as a member of the U.S. Air Force, he was framed for a crime he did not commit; to avoid a death sentence, he was forced to undergo scientific experimentation. His powers stem from an ability to tap into the quantum field. voiced by Xander Berkeley.
Metamorpho: a superhero and member of the Justice League. an elemental superhero with the power to shape-shift his body into various forms, using the elements contained within the human body. He also possesses the power of virtual invulnerability in his inert state. voiced by Adam Baldwin.
Etrigan: a demon from Hell that was cursed to the human host Jason Blood over 1000 years ago. In the current age, Blood and Etrigan fight the powers of evil alongside the Justice League. Voiced by Patrick Seitz.
Steel: a weapons engineer named John Henry Irons who became a super-hero to emulate Superman. Designing an advanced exo-skeleton, he wields a number of technological gadgets including a Kinetic Hammer. voiced by Michael Dorn
John Stewart: an architect and former U.S. Marine who became a member of the Green Lantern Corps. His power ring grants him the ability to make energy constructs guided by thought using his willpower. he has also shared the planet with his Friend and fellow officer Hal Jordan. voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
Dani Phantom: a clone and “cousin” of Danny Phantom created by his archenemy Vlad Masters. She is a younger, female version of Danny and is his last surviving clone. Dani has taken to traveling the world in hopes of doing her own heroics. Voiced by AnnaSophia Robb.
Valerie Gray: Once a popular, shallow girl, Valerie's life takes a turn for the worse when accidents caused by a ghost dog cost her father his job. No longer living an average life, Valerie vowed revenge against all ghosts for ruining her life after being given a ghost hunting suit and gears from Vlad (unbeknownst to her at the time). Vlad employs her to do his bidding until she finds out that Vlad was a half-ghost and that he was manipulating her. She is hot-tempered, which often clouds her judgment, but slowly starts to realize a world beyond the superficial. Maddie Fenton: the wife of Jack Fenton and the mother of Jazz and Danny Fenton. She is a scientist and ghost hunter just like her husband, Jack, however she is better at ghost hunting and more intelligent than him. She is considered to be one of the few humans who can actually give some trouble to Danny if she decides to hunt him. voiced by Kath Soucie
Dash Baxter: the most popular guy in Casper High School, being a quarterback of the football team - as well as a member of every sports team (football, basketball, etc.). Dash can get away with just about anything, and he usually does while he dominates over his peers and sucks up to his teachers. Voiced by S. Scott Bullock
Paulina Sanchez: a Hispanic cheerleader and the most beautiful and most popular girl at Casper High School. She is beautiful yet self-centered, devious, and as Sam puts it, "a dime a dozen". Paulina is madly in love with Danny Phantom after he saved her (frequently referring to him as "Inviso-Bill"), but could not care less for his alter ego, who had a crush on her during the first half of the series. Kwan: an Asian-American football player and Dash's best friend. Though he is popular and bullies the lesser known students as much as Dash, Kwan is a bit more reluctant. He possibly only wanted popularity so that he can feel a sense of belonging. Voiced by James Sie
Star: a popular student and cheerleader at Casper High School, as well as Paulina's best friend and also serves as her "satellite", constantly orbiting around her. Voiced by Tara Strong.
Mr. Lancer: a teacher and a vice-principal at Casper High School. He is a very strict and stern teacher who often favors the popular kids. Though he tends to pick on Danny because of his average grades and his lackluster interest in his job, Lancer is a well-meaning man who tries to make sure all his students do their best. He has a humorous habit of shouting out book titles when he is surprised in place of swear words. He also constantly tries to be "cool" by saying some rather tired "hip phrases". Damon Gray: Valerie's father and faithful employee of Axion Labs until he was briefly fired.He is a calm, patient man who adores his daughter, but once he finds out about it, does not approve of her ghost fighting job. Voiced by Phil Morris
Clockwork: the Master of all Time, an immortal being who controls and keeps the flow of time. He is calm, tricky, and all-knowing. He constantly changes his age and appearance from a child to adult to old man, which refers to his detachment from the time sequence. Voiced by Phil Morris
The Dairy King: a ghost that used to live in Vlad Masters's mansion and now haunts it. The Dairy King is one of the first nice ghosts Danny meets, and all he wants is to be left alone. The Dairy King wears a crown with a large cheese under it. He has white hair and a white mustache. He wears a red robe and has a staff with ice cream on it. Voiced by S. Scott Bullock
Frostbite: a jovial yeti-like ghost. He lives in the Far Frozen with his people, where they worship Danny Phantom for his defeat over Pariah Dark. He serves as a mentor figure to Danny and ultimately teaches him how to hone his ice powers. His people holds the Infi-Map, a map that can find any natural Ghost Portals. Voiced by Bob Joles
Cujo: a playful ghost puppy. When angered, it can grow into a large, aggressive beast. In search for its squeaky toy, the ghost dog trashes the Axion Labs, costing Damon Gray, Valerie Gray's father, his job. This causes Valerie to vow a vendetta against all ghosts. After finding its toy, it disappeared.
Pandora: the owner of Pandora's Box. She is a tall ghost with four arms, wears ancient Greek battle armor, and uses a spear. She is a benevolent ghost who keeps the world less evil by keeping many malicious contents within her box, but can get aggressive when tampered with. Voiced by April Stewart
Princess Dorathea: a beautiful princess whose magical amulet causes her to transform into a dragon. She is the younger sister of Prince Aragon. Voiced by Susanne Blakeslee
Wulf: a bipedal wolf ghost, constantly on the run from Walker as an escaped prisoner. He only speaks Esperanto and has the ability to go into both the Earth and the Ghost Zone at will by slashing through dimensions with his claws. He is loyal to his friends and will protect them from any danger. Voiced by Dee Bradley Baker

The Legion of Doom is a team founded by Lex Luthor consisting of supevillains to defeat the Justice League and further Lex's goals of becoming loved by the city of Metropolis and continuing his criminal enterprises.

Lex Luthor: a powerful businessman and the archenemy of Superman. Lex is the leader of the Legion of Doom. Amassing great wealth, founding his own tech company and establishing connections to the criminal underworld of Metropolis Lex Luthor became the citys most powerful man. Luthor uses his power for selfish intent and to further his greed and ambition, until the coming of Superman who constantly thwarts his plan. Driven by revenge and hatred of the alien fool Luthor has dedicated his intellect and resources to destroying Superman once and for all. voiced by Clancy Brown.
The Joker: a supervillain, Gotham's most notorious criminal and the archenemy of Batman. Jack Napier was a lab technician who was down on his luck. After his failed career as a comedian, he was unable to support his pregnant wife Jeannie and had no choice but to turn to crime. Jeannie later died due to a malfunctioning water heater. Under the guise of the Red Hood, he and the Valestra mob planned to rob a chemical plant. Unfortunately, Batman attacked and Napier fell into a chemical vat, changing his appearance into that of a deranged clown. Driven insane by his new look, Napier called himself the Joker and has been terrorizing Gotham City ever since. voiced by Mark Hamill.
Cheetah: a super villainess and a major enemy of Wonder Woman. Originally known as the greatest member of the Green Lantern Corps ever to wield a ring, he trained many students including Hal Jordan. The Guardians of the Universe exiled him to the Antimatter Universe after learning he had used his power to set up a dictatorship. Having fought the Green Lanterns for many years with a yellow ring forged by the Weaponers of Qward, he established his own Sinestro Corps to spread fear throughout the universe. voiced by Darrin De Paul.
Gorilla Grodd: a genius gorilla and an enemy of the Flash and Justice League. Gorilla Grodd is a highly-evolved ape with extraordinary mental abilities. Originally, she was botanist Pamela Isley working underneath professor Jason Woodrue until an accident gave her powers and turned her insane. Harley Quinn: a former psychiatrist and sidekick to the Joker. a psychiatrist at Arkham Asylumbefore she was seduced into lunacy by the Joker, becoming his partner-in-crime - Harley Quinn. voiced by Tara Strong.
Toyman: a supervillain who uses toy based weaponry. Winslow Schott, Sr. was a toymaker who turned to Intergang, who agreed to finance the construction of a toy factory. That decision would ruin him; Bruno Mannheim really wanted to operate a numbers racket, and used the toy factory to launder the profits. When the FBI brought down the numbers racket, Schott was blamed for it and convicted of the crime. The toymaker died a lonely death in prison. His son, Winslow Jr., was robbed of his childhood, and by surrounding himself with toys he felt safe. He planned to get even on Intergang, and when Superman interfered, also vowed revenge on him. voiced by Bud Cort
Riddler: a supervillain and a major enemy of Batman. He commits crimes revolving around an obsession with riddles. His mental psychosis results from a deep inner need to prove that he's smarter and therefore better than others, which causes him to leave challenging clues behind in otherwise perfect crimes. voiced by Brent Spiner.
Brainiac: an alien supervillain and major enemy of Superman. Extremely advanced mental abilities that have allowed him to work through numerous robotic and even human proxies make him a dangerously formidable opponent. It is difficult to tell whether you're dealing with the original Brainiac, or one of his drones. His obsession with knowledge has led him to shrink down many cities to bottle size for transportation on his Skull Ship, including Kandor on Krypton. voiced by John de Lancie.
Black Adam: a super-villain and the archenemy of Shazam/Captain Marvel. Teth-Adam was once the champion of Earth five thousand years ago in ancient Khandaq. Chosen by the wizard Shazam, Adam was given divine magic that turned him into Earth's Mightiest Mortal. However, he became corrupted by his newfound powers and sought to conquer the world and usurp the Wizard's position. He was defeated, and the position of Earth's Champion was given to Billy Batson, who became Shazam. Skulker: a predator who hunts down rare and unique creatures and is actually a small ghost blob wearing a big battlesuit. Skulker hunts down rare and unusual ghosts and has vowed to hunt down Danny for his rare half ghost status. He uses raw power and weaponry, but understands the way of the hunt, so he is able to utilize his brain to take advantage of his situation as predator to one-up his prey. Nicolai Technus: an electrical ghost who uses Earth and Ghost Zone technology to accomplish his plans. He has the ability to control and merge with all electrical technology, a supernatural power known as technopathy, as well as manipulate electricity. Technus is a boisterous genius mad scientist ghost who commonly shouts his name and goals, as well as blabber long speeches quite loudly (a common flaw which Danny exploits). Kalibak: the oldest son of Darkseid. Kalibak is known for his brutal fighting style, gaining the nickname "Kalibak the Cruel". voiced by Piotr Michael.

Vlad Plasmius: Leader Of the society and the archenemy of Danny Phantom. Vlad had attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with Jack and Maddie until Jack's prototype Ghost Portal beamed ecto-acne into Vlad's face, giving Vlad ghost powers and ruining his social life. Half-ghost for 20 years, Vlad has much more experience with his ghost powers than Danny. voiced by Martin Mull
Penelope Spectra: a ghost villainess that has the ability of disguising herself as a human. She keeps her human form young and beautiful by feeding on people's misery, especially on the depression of teenagers. Her true form is that of a shadow-like creature. Voiced by Tara Strong
Freakshow: the ringmaster of the Circus Gothica, An entertainer for the Gothic audience, Freakshow is eccentric, full of showmanship and creativity. His family have used ghosts for their circus for years. Unsatisfied with just a showman's life, Freakshow used a magic scepter able to control ghosts and ordered them to steal goods. He went to Amity Park to make Danny Phantom a member of his performance. He succeeds briefly until Sam snaps him out of it and Danny destroys the scepter. voiced by Jon Cryer.
Lydia: Freakshow's loyal ghost partner, and the only one who obeys him even when she's not being hypnotized. Her most notable characteristic is that her body is covered in tattoos that she can bring to life and control. Voiced by Tara Strong
Fright Knight: an ancient and powerful ghost, self-described as the spirit of Halloween and both the Ghost King's minion and second-in-command. a powerful, gruff knight who spreads terror from his winged horse, Nightmare. When touched by a victim, his sword, the Soul Shredder, is able to send that victim into the victim's worst nightmare imaginable. Voiced by Michael Dorn
Heat Wave: a pyromaniac super-villain and enemy to the Flash, His handheld flamethrower produces enough heat to melt the Flash's boots. voiced by David Jennison.
Bane: a brilliant world-class fighter and tactical genius who augments his great physical strength with a steroid called venom. voiced by Carlos Alazraqui
Amazo: a robotic enemy of the Justice League of America, a deadly android designed by the mad scientist Professor Ivo. He has the ability to duplicate the powers of every member of the League, making him one of their most dangerous villains. voiced by Thomas Lennon.
Chronos: a time traveling villain and an enemy of the Atom and the Justice League. Chronos' Chrono Suit allows him to travel through time, forwards or backwards. He can also do this on a smaller scale such as rusting through a vault door. Voiced by Andy Richter
Killer Frost: a super villain with the power to control ice and cold. an employee at S.T.A.R. Labs before an attempt at corporate sabotage caused something in the lab to give her the power to generate ice. A "heat vampire" who needed to feed off the warmth of others to keep herself alive, Snow was forced to become a criminal. voiced by Mena Suvari.
Livewire: an electrokinetic supervillain and she is an enemy of Superman. Originally a "shock jock" radio personality, she turned to crime after losing her job at the station. voiced by Lori Petty
Metallo: a cyborg with a kryptonite heart and an enemy of Superman. This deadly radiation can kill the man of steel through exposure alone, although his cybernetic enhancements make him very physically powerful. voiced by Chris Diamantopoulos.
Ocean Master: the brother and enemy of Aquaman. Determined to usurp the throne of Atlantis, he employs piracy and terrorism to reach his goals. His powerful mystic abilities are channeled through his trident, although he also has access to technology and many other weapons. voiced by Steve Blum

Scarecrow: a brilliant psychologist turned super-villain who fights Batman in Gotham City, specializing in techniques and chemicals that manipulate fear. Silver Banshee: a super-villain with sonic powers and an enemy to Superman. Her family occupies Castle Broen on an island between Ireland and Scotland, where her father Garrett Smythe was the patriarch of their clan. During a conflict for leadership through supernatural forces, she was dragged into the netherworld and granted powers by a creature called the Crone. This turned her into a banshee with the ability to use hypersonic screams, allowing her to violently deal with her enemies. voiced by Kari Wührer.

Killer Croc: a deformed criminal with crocodile attributes. This mutation was originally a birth defect, although he becomes more reptilian over time due to genetic experimentation.
