Brothers and Monsters: Monster Mania is an American supernatural comedy video game based on Brothers and Monsters, being published by THQ on September 11th, 2006.
Synopsis[]
A humongous slime monster has turned everyone in Squints' dimension into savage monsters except for Squints and Slim, as they, Dave, Kurt, and Stan have to defeat the slime monster and turn everyone that has been corrupted back to normal.

- Dave (voiced by Michael Rosenbaum) - a 17-year old teenage boy who is tough and athletic, though somewhat immature.
- Kurt (voiced by Quinton Flynn) - a 14-year old teenage boy who is overweight and is rather lazy, as he also enjoys violent video games and movies.
- Stan (voiced by Grey DeLisle) - a 7-year old little boy who is rather awkward and tends to be the smartest out of the three.
- Squints (voiced by John DiMaggio) - a goblin who loves to play around, and was the one who encountered the three brothers and is able to take them to his home dimension.
