Broken Sword is a British-American animated adventure fantasy film directed by Don Bluth & produced by Sullivan Bluth Studios & Amblin Entertainment, based on the adventure game series of the same name by Charles Cecil, who also assisted in the making of this movie.

Produced by New Line Cinema, the film will be theatrically released by Warner Bros. in the United States. Its story is based on the first game Broken Sword: The Shadow of the Templars (1996), although some elements from the other games are included.

Plot Summary[]

While on vacation in Paris, the life of American lawyer George Stobbart takes an unexpected turn after he's nearly blown up in a cafe bomb, which kills a mysterious stranger. George soon crosses paths with freelance journalist Nico Collard. George & Nico later team up & travel across Europe, uncovering a conspiracy to take over the world.
