Bomberman: Attack & Defend is a localization of Bombergirl outside of Japan, released on Windows computers. The game is available for free on Steam.
Gameplay[]
Because it's a reskin of Bombergirl, Attack & Defend plays like the latter, where you use bombs to break blocks, collect items for more power and destroy the opponent's base.
Differences[]
- The game has drastically changed during it's localization, removing the girls of Bombergirl and replacing them with Super Bomberman R characters.
- Bombergirl is only available in Japan, while Bomberman: Attack & Defend is available in the rest of the world except Japan.
- An E-amusement pass is no longer needed for the game as such thing doesn't exist outside of Japan
- While Bombergirl is both on Windows and arcades, this game is only on Windows.
- Attack & Defend does not support cross-play with both versions of Bombergirl.
- The ability to change clothes is removed: a later update re-introduced it as a feature like the SBR Online customization.
