Blue's Big City Adventure is a 2022 animated science fantasy comedy film written and directed by James Cunningham and produced by Paramount Animation, Nickelodeon Movies, Wētā Animation and 9 Story Media Group and distributed by Paramount Pictures. It is the second installment of the Blue's Clues film series, and a standalone sequel to Blue's Big Musical Movie which itself is based on the Nick Jr. Channel television series, Blue's Clues, based on its revival/sequel Nick Jr. Channel television series, Blue's Clues & You!, and the 19th episode of that show's third season. The film stars Vivien Lyra Blair as the voice of Blue, alongside Woody Norman, Asher Alexander, Nykiya Adams, Alyla Browne, John Boyega, Josh Dela Cruz, Donovan Patton, Steve Burns, Keegan-Michael Key, Jordan Peele, Matthew Broderick, Daniel Dae Kim, Kevin Hart, Sophie Turner and Daniel Radcliffe. As the events of the film take place after the original series and during the fourth season of Blue's Clues & You!, the film follows Blue as she travels to New York to find Josh, who is tricked by biotech mogul Owen Raker into becoming an unstoppable killer for his army and threatens to kill the mayor of New York unless Blue solves a series of games scattered across the city. Blue reluctantly partners with a cat named Zeus and learns of Raker's plot to control the multiverse.
Blue's Big City Adventure premiered at the Embassy Theatre on November 4, 2022 and was released in the United States and Canada on November 18, 2022 and in Australia and New Zealand on November 25, 2022. It received positive reviews from critics and audiences for its animation, direction, writing, visuals, humor, voice acting and musical score and grossed $467 million worldwide on a $105 million budget. A sequel, Blue's Epic Adventure, was released on February 1, 2030.

The film was released on DVD on March 28, 2023. The movie made its linear premiere on Nickelodeon in the United States on May 29, 2023.
