Possible fourth film[]
After the release of Bloodbath Three, director Chen Nguyen explored interest of a final installment of the franchise at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, following "the killer (Bloodbath) being placed in prison and attempting to make one final murdering spree before the government intervenes".
Nguyen also stated that if the film had been successfully pitched to MGM, it would conclude the franchise as a whole and serve as a "final chapter".
