Bionic Mimi-chan (Baionikku Mimi-chan) is a Japanese anime series based on Yaniko's 1960-1967 manga series for Shueisha.
Premise[]
Michiko Hanata is a 12-year old girl who lives in Osaka Prefecture with her parents where she attends the Osaka Mezuja School but one day, while visiting her aunt's place in need for something for show-and-tell, she found what looks like a bionic squirrel that her aunt recently found so Michiko, with the permission of her aunt, took the bionic home with her where she fixed her up (her parents were out that day and left the house key under the rug for her) and, when she was finished, named her Mimi after what her mother intended to call her when she was born. Mimi, at first, was unsure what's going on but with many villains wanting her for evil, she is going to be more than just a normal bionic mouse but a fighting bionic mouse as well.
