Why the frick would his parents, Ladonna and Robin Spunkygal, sent their son Billy away to Pheonix, Arizona, all it's because of his troublemaking ways, such as Drawing on Molly's Door, insulting his sister Olivia on the day she was born, fake sick, misbehaving at school, bullying his classmates, misbehaving at resturants and other places, committing crimes, destroying stuff, disrepecting his grandma's funeral, and many more? This is just bullcrap! They should know that it's considered Child Abuse, Child Neglect, and Child Abandonment! And I know the real reason why Billy Chris Spunkygal is a troublemaker! It's because his abusive parents kept abusing him and grounding him nonstop! And they even gave him 8 Punishment Days in a row, including one way back when he was a kindergartener, one on christmas day, and one on his birthday! and that is completely heartless of them to do that! And the way his parents sent him away to Pheonix, Arizona made me very mad! As for his sisters, Molly and Olivia, They always been accusing him for dumb reasons and always acted annoying towards him! as for his classmates, Punky and Judy, they kept being mean to him and kept snitching on him. And what's worse is that Ms. Paul kept putting him in the time out corner! And as for his principals, Ms. Clara and Ms. Jeffery, they kept suspending him, and expelling him nonstop! And worse, Ms. Clara even took him back to kindergarten! And as people know, Billy gets Grounded was created by Colors 358 in 2017, right before it ended in 2021! As for the other elementary school teachers in Mitchell's School, Mrs. Young, Ms. Emery, Ms. Bonnie, Ms. Andrea, and Ms. Hannah, they held him back to lower grades for bringing a board book, Putting on a parodied song, Bringing Pop-Tarts to school, Failing a spelling test by writing swear words, and Singing an inappropriate song! and as for the pre-school teacher in Mitchell's school, Ms. Graham, she sent him home for Saying the F-word! not only that, she blamed him for a dumb reason for teaching a preschooler a bad word. As for his elementary school principal, Mrs. Uriah, she kept suspending him, and expelling him nonstop! As for his middle school teacher, Ms. Silberman, she does the exact same thing like Ms. Deffert Did, even when he borke the fire alarms. And as for his middle school principal, Ms. Trachtenberg, she also does the same thing like Mrs. Uriah, even when when he skipped middle school. And Finally, as for the kidergarten teacher from Mitchell's previous school, Ms. Matau, she always put him the time out corner and sends him to the principal's office nonstop, even when he swears at his kindergarten graduation, even on his first bad week in kindergarten, like calling a student a bad name on monday, putting bad words into songs on tuesday, laughing about lectures on wednesday, putting paint on a student in art class on thursday, and bullying a sad student on friday. Billy Chris Spunkygal: Man! It's been about 4 years since I got sent to Pheonix, Arizona by my abusive parents. Good thing that most people in this place knew what really happened to me and felt bad for me. And another good thing is that they actually gave me something I like to eat and drink so I don't die.

(Samuel appeared)

Samuel Olecki: I'm Samuel Olecki! And simple! I use Video Logic to find you! Can you come with me to my house?

(Billy and Samuel hold hands and then Samuel teleported him to his house, then Billy and Samuel appeared back in Samuel's House)

Samuel Olecki: Okay. Now to save Nestor. (teleports himself to the town where Nestor lives)

Nestor Eric Davidson: Man! It's been about 3 years since I got banned from my own house. At least some other people felt bad for me after all I've went through. and the good thing is that they actually gave me something i like to eat and drink so I don't die.

(Samuel appeared)

Nestor Eric Davidson: Wait a second! Who are you? And how did you found where I am? And how did you get here?

Samuel Olecki: I'm Samuel Olecki! And simple! I use Video Logic to find you! Will you come with me to my house? I'll use video logic to help you get there!

Samuel Olecki: And that explains the situation about why these many Child Abusers abused Billy, Nestor and Mitchell, and caused them to be troublemakers. So, can you have the Police from the New York City Police Department to arrest those Child Abusers?

911 Operator: Okay. The Police from the New York City Police Department are on the way to arrest those Child Abusers, and they'll also take them to court. Thank you, Sir!

And not to mention, your two daughters, Molly and Olivia, were acting annoying towards billy! Especially Molly, because she always accused him for dumb reasons!

Robin Spunkygal: Now hold on! You can't arrest us! Billy should be the one to be arrested, because he caused trouble, and...

Officer Porter Miller: You heard my cousin! Thanks to you, Billy's life is now ruined! Both of you, along with your two daughters are in hot boiling water right now!

Sheriff Officer Lars Blackson: You heard Porter! You four better come with us to the Police Helicopter right now! We're taking you to court!

(The Officers dragged Ladonna, Robin, Molly, and Olivia Spunkygal into the Police Helicopter)

(The Police Helicopter took off)

Part 4: The Arrest of Mr and Mrs. Longstocking

(At Punky's House)

(Mr and Mrs. Longstockings opens the door and went inside)

Mr. Longstockings: Okay, we dropped Punky off to school. Now we will sit and relax and watch TV.

Mrs. Longstockings: Indeed! And we still can't believe that Billy posted his bad memory videos on our daughter's YouTube Channel.

Mr. Longstockings: Agreed! At least his parents sent him away to Pheonix, Arizona. And we're glad that don't have to deal with him anymore. and I swear, if he escapes from Pheonix, Arizona, he better not cause trouble to our daughter again! and if he does, then his parents will ground him again and he'll have another punishment day!

Mrs. Longstockings: Agreed! Well anyways, We'll just might as well watch the news and do some housework.

(Door bangs)

Officer Banford Norton: The New York City Police Department from New York, United States of America! You both are under arrest for Child Abuse and Psychological Abuse! Because you kept on blaming Billy and kept calling his Parents to ground him all because of the bad things he did to your daughter, Punky, such as fighting with her, assulting her, swaping her report card with his, steal from your house, burning your house, and posted his bad memory videos on her YouTube Channel!

Mr. Longstockings: What? You can't do that! Billy is a troublemaker and we have to blame Billy and call his parents for bullying our daughter, Punky! He deserve it for that!

Officer Banford Norton: Well, what you both did to Billy is no way better! Because what you both did is a serious crime! Doing that to a child is very illegal! That's it! You are going to court called New York State Supreme Court in New York, United States of America! One thing first, where is your daughter at? She's also a wanted criminal for what she did to Billy! Tell me right now!

Mrs. Longstockings: No! You can't do this to our daughter!

Part 5: The Arrest of Ms. Paul, Ms. Derrick and Ms. Hammond

Part 5A: The Arrest of Ms. Paul

(At Ms. Paul's Classroom)

Ms. Paul: Okay Class. Now let's do some math. Today we're going to-

(Door bangs)

Ms. Paul: Wait! Someone's at the door. Um... Come in?

(Door opened, and the 6 Police Officers from the New York City Police Department entered the Kindergarten Classroom)

Sheriff Officer Lars Blackson: Are you the Teacher in the name of Ms. Paul?

Ms. Paul: Um... Yes! and who are you people? and what do you want from me?

Sheriff Officer Lars Blackson: (Puts handcuffs on Ms. Paul)

Ms. Paul: Hey! what do you think you're doing? Let me go right now!

Sheriff Officer Lars Blackson: You are coming with us! You're under arrest!

Ms. Paul: But I did nothing wrong! Let me go! I have a kindergarten class to teach!

Officer Franklin D. Flanigan: Well, your kindergarten class teaching is over! You're under arrest, because you always been putting billy in the time out corner nonstop and refused to let him out! For example, after when Ms. Clara sent him back to kindergarten, you sent him to the time out corner for 10 minutes for saying your face as the wrong answer, then you extended his time out to 20 minutes for saying a bad word at you, then you keep extending his time out more longer each 5 minutes whenever he told you to stop or do something else bad, such as 25 minutes, 30 minutes, 35 minutes, 40 minutes for angry faces, 45 minutes for saying the AH Word, 50 minutes, and 55 minutes! not just that, you even extended his time out to 1 hour all it's because called you the R and P Words! and worse, you even expelled him for breaking the time out chair and timer!

Officer Sergeant C.J. O'Randolph: And let's not forget that you also blamed him for putting in a VHS Tape of South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut!

Officer Pamela Woods: And Finally, You sent him to the time out corner and got him into huge trouble for Repeating the word “ploopy” for no reason, Refusing to share crayons with Judy and using bad language, Misbehaving in time out, and Running away from school!

Ms. Paul: What? You can't arrest me for what I did to Billy! He deserved that because he's the worst student in my kindergarten class, and caused trouble to the school many years ago! And plus, you don't look like the Toontastic City Police! What kind of Police Officers are you to arrest me for a false reason?

Sheriff Officer Lars Blackson: Don't give us that tone and excuses! And what you did is called Child Abuse! And not only that, you always called Billy's Parents to ground him! And you know that only Principals can Expel students! Not Teachers! Also, we're the Police Officers from the New York City Police Department! You're in hot water with everyone else right now!

Officer Sergeant C.J. O'Randolph: Okay, Lars, you can take her to the police helicopter, while we'll go ahead and arrest the 4th grade teacher.
