It Follows Temper, JoJo, Gordon and Howie and their allies who save the day from duke slug and his minions.

- Temper McLizard (Voiced by Phil LaMarr)- A Mighty Mite who is the main protagonist of the series. he has the same traits as his movie counterpart, but in additional he is arrogant. he is also the third adopted child in Howie's Family and acts as the leader of his group of fiends.
- JoJo McLizard (Voiced by Yvonne Strahovski) - A Chaos Butterfly who is the first adopted child in Howie's Family. she has the same traits as her movie counterpart.
- Gordon McLizard (Voiced by Lewis Black) - is a Brave Warrior Scorpion who is the second adopted child. he has the same traits as his movie counterpart.
- Howie McLizard (Voiced by David Kaye) - is a Knowledge-Filled Lizard with Wizard Magic Powers who is the son of mr. and mrs. McLizard, Maggie's Biogical Brother and JoJo, Gordon and Temper's Adoptive Brother. he has the same traits as his movie counterpart.
- Kwincy (Voiced by Adam DeVine) - A "Cute" Spider who is one of the four main characters' allies. he has the same traits as his movie counterpart, but in additional he is down-to-earth and focussed.
- Brittle (Voiced by Miranda Cosgrove) - Brittle, A Curious, Timid and Paranoid Nervous Housefly who is one of the four main characters' allies. she has the same traits as her movie counterpart, but in additional she is wallflower when it comes to dennis's parties throwing.
- Bob (Voiced by Keegan-Michael Key) - A Male Ladybug who is one of the four main characters' allies. he has the same traits as his movie counterpart.
- Dina (Voiced by Jane Lynch) - a Hickory Horned Devil who serves as the Boss in her group of the allies of temper and his friends. she has the same traits as her movie counterpart and is the mentor of Temper, JoJo, Gordon and Howie.
- Lacey (Voiced by Liliana Mumy) - A Lacewing who is one of the cheerleaders in dina's group of the allies of temper and his friends. she has the same traits as her movie counterpart.
- Thorn (Voiced by Carl Faruolo) - a Rhino Beetle who is another cheerleader in dina's group of the allies of temper and his friends. he has the same traits as his movie counterpart.
- Terry (Voiced by Thomas Middleditch) a Tarantula who is another cheerleader in dina's group of the allies of temper and his friends. he has the same traits as his movie counterpart.
- Lapoleon (Voiced by Maurice LaMarche) - A Cockroach who is the richest fiend in minutia and serves as dina's second-in-command in dina's group of the allies of temper and his friends. he has the same traits as his movie counterpart. like his movie counterpart, his design is identical to his design in one of the shorts The Immortal Cockroach and speaks in a french accent.
- Berry (Voiced by Jillian Rose Reed) - A Blue Bottle Fly who is Brittle's optimistic and trusting best friend and one of the four main characters' allies. She likes to help her best friend.
- Vega (Voiced by Della Saba) - A Young Firefly with Autism who is one of the four main characters' allies. Her Caretaker is Bam.
- Bam (Voiced by Max Mittelman) - A Catepillar who is the hairstylist of the four main characters' allies and Vega's Caretaker.
- Karma (Voiced by Jacob Tobia) - - A Non-Binary Chameleon who is one of the four main characters' allies.
- CiCi (Voiced by Ashley Tisdale) - A Cicada who is lacey, thorn and terry's childhood friend and the young singer of the four main characters' allies.
- Pop (Voiced by Hudson D'Andrea) - a young axolotl.
- Beth (Voiced by Alyson Stoner) - A Bee Fly who has a crush on Berry (she is a lesbian fiend).
