Beauty and the Machine is an upcoming American 3DCGI anime-style web series produced by Rooster Teeth Animation, Netflix Studios and animation provided from Polygon Pictures. It is based on Saber Marionette series by Satoru Akahori and remake of the Japanese anime Saber Marionette J. It will stream on both Netflix and Rooster Teeth.

Premise

19 year old Austin O'Mamiya (voiced by Tye Sheridan) a working-class laborer, single, independent and living on his own in the fictional city state of Ameroness (a cross between America and Japan) where only men live to substitute the absence of woman they made the manufacture of feminine androids name marionettes; creations that, while they serve their purpose, operate without sapience, emotion, or free will. Along the way Austin's life is turned upside-down when he awakens three marionettes: Lime (voiced by Stephanie Sheh) an overly enthusiastic gir with a knack for mischief, Cherry (voiced by Kari Wahlgren) the gentle and soft-spoken mind with gifted culinary skills and Blackberry (voiced by Amanda C. Miller) a bold and voluptuous woman with vigor matched only by her libido, all three of them possesses what's called a Saber Curcuit and must summon all his might and courage to defeat Gailhart von Faust and his own trio of marionettes who also posses the Saber Curcuit
