Batman: the Dark Knight (aka Batman: the Anime Series) is a spinoff from Superman: the New Animated Series. It is done in the style of the popular anime, Code Geass.
Plot[]
The series has a much darker tone than in the previous Batman animated shows, as it sometimes displays blood and graphic violence. The series also borrows heavily from the Tim Burton and Christopher Nolan films, given the city designs and the characters. The first season establishes the classic Batman rogues gallery and also showcases Harvey Dent's transformation into Two-Face.
