Batman: Arkham Knight: City Of Terror is a sequel to Batman: Arkham Knight which has twenty two more Most Wanted missions than the original game and the Season Of Infamy DLC. It also includes six extra maps and the Million Dollar Mayhem mode. It also allows all seven other characters to be free-roam.
Plot[]
With Joker dead nine months back, everything has changed. Gotham has got rid of Arkham City and the place is at a peacetime at the moment. Three villains round up to get revenge on Batman with their own purposes. Scarecrow with getting brutally mauled by Croc back in Batman: Arkham Asylum, Deathstroke, and the Arkham Knight. So the three villains notice they have something in common; destroy Batman. They plan to burn Gotham to ashes with the very powerful fear gas, destroy Batman and burn Gotham forever on Halloween...
