Balto is the titular main protagonist of the Balto film series. He is a husky/wolf hybrid and is loosely based upon the real life sled-dog of the same name who helped save the town of Nome, Alaska from a deadly outbreak of Diphtheria.
He's voiced by Kevin Bacon in the first film, and Maurice LaMarche in its sequels.
