Animaniacs: The Movie is a 2024 American live-action/animated comedy film that serves as a conclusion to the 2020 reboot series.
Synopsis[]
Yakko, Wakko and Dot find themselves in the real world, and learn that Warner Bros. is producing a movie starring them, as a proper conclusion to their reboot series. But after seeing how awful the movie is, they quickly abandon the studio and run amok in Los Angeles!
Plot[]
The film opens with Wellesley Wild pitching the idea of an Animaniacs movie to Warner Bros. Studios. The film is greenlit, and Steven Spielberg is set to direct the film, but Wild decides that he'll need extra help when making the film, and calls up Tom Ruegger, who agrees to help work on the film.
During production of the film, a scene from the film is being displayed, but one crew member gets so infuriated from hitting the wall, he throws something at the screen, cracking it. But in the cartoon world, the Warners end up seeing the crack, which creates an opening into the real world. Curious, the Warners all jump through the crack, entering the real world, seeing it for the first time. They eventually learn that Warner Bros. is making a movie about them, and the Warners decide to meet the people working on the film, including the directors, animators, and their voice actors. But during their exploration, they find out the plot for the film, and they consider it to be terrible. Not willing to let production of the movie continue further, they flee the studio, realizing they can't make the movie without them.
With the Warners now running amok in Los Angeles, the team for the movie ends up recruiting Dr. Scrachansniff, Ralph and Nora to help retrieve them. Meanwhile, Pinky and the Brain also end up entering the real world, and Brain quickly decides that if they can't rule the cartoon world, they can instead rule the real world.
The Warners' rampage is broadcast on the news, and a failing film producer, Mr. Buisney, sees them and orders his employees to capture them, so he can force them to be a part of his productions. The employees find the Warners at a diner, but are outsmarted by their wacky antics. After returning from their failed mission, Mr. Buisney is approached by Pinky and the Brain, and he makes a deal with them that if he can help them prepare a machine that will help Brain rule the world, they will help him catch the Warners.

Eventually, Mr. Buisney manages to capture the Warners by bringing back Hello Nurse and tricking her into assisting him. Once captured, the Warners are forced to perform for Mr. Buisney's films which all have awful humor. The Warners attempt to sabotage themselves by purposefully acting badly, but their zany antics still make the entire production crew laugh, and they are still forced to perform. The situation leaves the Warners genuinely disheartened and unable to make any sort of jokes or remarks.
