Andyson Games was an American video game developer founded in 2001 by Carl Andy Jr. as a joint venture between him and Microsoft Game Studios. It was formed to develop video games, both based on IPs created by Andy (such as Cool Guy) as well as original titles. Most titles were developed as timed-exclusives for the Xbox with ports for other systems following suit.
Despite positive reviews, most of their titles suffered poor sales, leading Andy to sell his share to Microsoft, thus absorbing the company. Future games based on his IPs would spread to different developers such as Telltale Games and WayForward among various others.
