Akuma Meka is a single player mecha video game.
Synopsis[]
Set in the year 2089, an AI known as the Scourge had resulted in a near apocalypse as humanity battles the Scourge with mechs that are fully controlled by humans through telepathic connections (to prevent the Scourge from taking them over) known as Mekas as a teenager known as Calliope Jones learns she is compatible with a special Meka known as the Akuma, having to face the Scourge herself, soon learning that the Scourge has their own plans.

- Calliope "Cal" Jones (voiced by Marisha Ray) - an aggressive yet caring teenager raised in the city of Aurus-19 as she was compatible with a special Meka known as the Akuma as she has to battle her way through the forces of the Scourge while slowly getting used to piloting a dangerous and powerful Meka that nobody can truly control, although she quickly gains the power to control it, knowing that the Meka is just very strong and nothing else.
NPCs[]
- Dr. Lisa Osborne (voiced by Kimberly Brooks) - a high-ranking scientist working for the remnants of humanity who created Akuma Meka and a few other Mekas as she handpicks Cal to pilot the Akuma as she believes unliike others, she might be able to handle the rather crazy actions it can do, guiding her on fighting those created and corrupted by the Scourge.

- The Scourge (voiced by Erin Yvette and Matthew Mercer combined) - the AI who caused the war between humanity and machine who is completely unfightable in this game but pushes Wotan's plans to release the Neon Death through the remnants of Earth as they claim that humanity deserves death and rebirth under their control, with their presence being minimal but dangerous.
Bosses[]
- Wotan (voiced by Ben Starr) - a nihilistic and violent android and one of the Scourge's great generals who chooses to enact the Scourge's latest plan to unleash a plague known as the Neon Death that would transform humans into artificial machines connected to the Scourge as he becomes a cold and dangerous threat to Calliope, finding her resistance to be annoying.
Enemies[]
- Sentries - humanoid androids serving the Scourge, as they are quite common in the game, and attack by firing lasers from their arms.
- Goliaths - hulking and brutal androids serving the Scourge which attack by using laser axes and shields, being quite strong and durable, yet slow in movement.
