A Pup Named Scooby-Doo is an animated mystery comedy-adventure film produced by Warner Animation Group as the fifth film in the Warner Bros. Hanna-Barberaverse. It is based on the iconic Scooby-Doo franchise and, in particular, the television series of the same name.
Scooby-Doo was a stray dog looking for a home. Shaggy Rogers was the awkward kid looking for a friend. When the two found each other, their searches ended almost instantly. But a new adventure was just around the corner. Now they must work with fellow social outcasts Velma Dinkley, Daphne Blake, and Fred Jones to solve their first ever mystery together. In addition, the gang might just learn a few mysteries about their new canine companion along the way.
