Mucize Doktor (titled: A Miracle Doctor in the United States and A Miracle in the United Kingdom) is a Turkish television series, written by Pınar Bulut and Onur Koralp, produced by Medyapım together with MF Yapım for Fox Turkey. It premiered on September 12, 2019 and ended on May 27, 2021. It is an adaptation of the 2013 South Korean series, Good Doctor.
It is one of the most successful Turkish TV series; The third episode on September 26, 2019 achieved the highest market share ever measured in the TNS ratings measurement system in the advertising-relevant target group. New records were set for more episodes. It was also sold to more than 40 countries at the MIPCOM TV show in Cannes 2019.
In 2023 it is broadcast on FOX network and ABC through the streaming platform Tubi and HBO Max.
Synopsis[]
The story revolves around Ali Vefa (Taner Ölmez), a young boy with autism spectrum disorders associated with savant syndrome, who was sent to a specialized care center as a child, where he was found to have great brain capabilities and pervasive special skills. He eventually enters the field of pediatric surgery as a resident, where he is given six months to prove he was capable. However, due to his atypical mental and emotional state, he faces conflict from his peers and patients, who see him as childish and unreliable.

Trivia[]
This is the only Turkish series that airs on the FOX network and ABC.
This is the first time Justin Roiland has dubbed a character in a different capacity. He also has the tone he gave Morty Smith in the Rick & Morty series and Oscar from the Fish Hooks series.
Although Jason Mantzoukas has dubbed Alex Dorpenberger and being similar to Dr Adil, he has taken on the role of said character.
In some episodes it contains cursed language such as "F***, Sh*t! or Asshole".
